Super fast delivery and my food is always right. Love this place!

So I tried to order A JJ G last night for delivery and was told they don’t deliver 1.3 miles away from them. I was pretty upset considering iv ordered numerous times from here. But the manager came by our work and apologized and gave me a free sandwich card. Good business practices thank you JJ. Review edited

We were traveling back home to Pflugerville from Plano and my wife wanted to stop here for a sandwich. I had never eaten at Jimmy John's before and probably will not again. I ordered the tuna salad but with no cucumbers nor tomatoes. It came on an eight inch white bread. I added pickles and onions. They never asked if I wanted any mustard or pepper. When I went to eat it I found no pepper shakers nor mustard bottles around the tables. I asked if they had any and they gave the tiny little packets. The mustard was very hard to open with fingers, we had to use our teeth, which was ridiculous. I was not happy with so large amount of bread for the sandwich and the condiments issue. Will not be back. The tuna was very bland and I was glad I added what I did. The restrooms were very nice.
