Great brisket, get there early some people arrive at opening especially on rib days. You can eat in or take out, have a plate or buy it by the pound... it's worth the trip.
You want to go here if you haven't already. But go early in the day because he only cooks so much and when it's gone you will find SOLD OUT in window. Brisket is so delicious and so are sides. You can get it to go or eat in. I love being served BBQ on butcher paper and then sitting down at a long table! I had the sausage and was very pleased. My boy and mom had the brisket. They both liked it. Maybe the best compliment is that I will come back here the next time I'm in Waco!
This is real Texas BBQ! From beginning to end of this meal we knew we were really getting a taste of what real BBQ is in Texas. From the friendly and helpful service to the absolutely amazing food, this place is what you’re hoping for when you go out for ribs and meat. Go on a Wednesday for the all-you-can eat rib special and you will get both pork and beef ribs with sides for a great price. A “mom and pop” restaurant and atmosphere with amazing fall-off the-bone ribs is exactly what we were hoping for and what we got

It had been years since I had eaten at Tony's until about 3 weeks ago. I had just basically forgotten about it because it's not really on my way to anyplace. But I've eaten there 4 or 5 times in August. Why? Because it is good BBQ. Big portions and great taste. I always get whats called a Regular Order, which is a pile of brisket (or other meats if you'd rather), several slices of bread and a cup of what they call "gravy". It's really more of an au jous than a gravy and it is wonderful! This is all served on a couple of slices of butcher paper and eaten on indoor picnic tables.
