Cafe Homestead

Had lunch here on a whim. Was planning breakfast here the next day but had time in our day to enjoy the area. The food and our waitstaff, Tabitha, were wonderful. Started with the Brazos valley cheese plate. I had the Monterrey melt with poblano bisque. My daughter had the blue cheese burger with sweet potato fries. Coconut cream pie to split. Food delicious and the service excellent. I highly recommend dining here. Still looking forward to breakfast tomorrow! Thanks for a great dining experience!

Good breakfast!! Great for our family with gluten free requirements! Tasted my wife's gluten free pancake -- tasted delicious. Little pricey for breakfast, but would do it again.

Wow, this place is amazing. It has the best food in town, and some amazing service. Teresa was wonderful when she greeted us and put in our request for a table. They have a neat feature that texts you when your table is ready. Our wait was 30 minutes but it flew by because they have shops full of home made crafts and goodies in the parking lot. Our waitress was Sharon and she was amazing. Friendly and knowledgeable. Our food was out of this world and you have to try the sweet peach tea and coconut cream pie!! 10/5 stars!!

Never fails to impress me. At one of our many visits that I would like to see chicken fried steak and corned beef hash. Now they serve the chicken fried steak and it is AWESOME! We are there so often it feels like visiting family and we are treated as such! You have to experience all that they do here especially the various crafts the make.

This place is the most relaxing atmosphere that I have been in.some of the most kindness people work there. Freshly baked breads and pastries. Wonderful ice cream. We'll just say all the food is top-notch.
