Taste - by Kissing Tree Vineyards

This is an amazing restaurant, a hidden gem!! The atmosphere inside was so inviting, but we chose to sit on the patio because it was a beautiful day????. Our waiter, Chris, was amazing and the menu item, pulled pork tacos, he suggested was amazing!! The blueberry/blackberry mimosa was delicious. The service was outstanding and he was very friendly & personal! We enjoyed it so much that we returned the next day for brunch!! Highly recommend if you are looking for a yummy place to eat and relax!!

Every time I come here I enjoy the experience thoroughly. Best wait staff in town. Best steak in town. Classy enough to wear a black suit and tie, yet casual enough to wear shorts and not feel put of place. It's a dive, a fancy, wonderful dive restaurant.

What an amazing hidden gem! We were visiting Waco for the day and saw billboard for Taste. Well, well worth it!!! Chris made our day! Really enjoyed the atmosphere, and the wines were excellent. Spent a while visiting with Roy, a very colorful local. If you live here, or are travelling through, be sure to stop and visit. Ask for Chris.

Stopped by here on our vacation and had a great time. The winemaker is a very personable guy and spent a lot of time explaining his winery. I really want to come back to visit the actual winery (we only tried the tasting room). The French Kiss is a must try!
