    I went yesterday around 8 and the cashier that was on at that time was SPECTACULAR! Monica made sure to get our Order correct and quick! The pretzels were delicious

    We went to Auntie Anne's near closing so I understand they were trying to get ready to leave but it took a while for them to notice us standing in line and while I was ordering one of the workers was cleaning the glass display next to us and sprayed and of course it got on us. I am pregnant and I don't appreciate aspirating cleaning supplies. Then we went to sit down at one of the tables and they were all filthy. The pretzels were delicious, but the service wasn't great.

    I have been hunting down Auntie Anne's Pretzel stores for years and I always love the food. And though I had friendly service there seems to be a lack of communication here. Tables were messy and productivity was slow. I think the manager here needs to focus on managing his team more effectively and training them how to talk and what priorities should be. For example when I went in it was slow, yet they were out of pretzels. Again, love the staff, but I think the store could use better management.
