    The food is always good, and we really enjoy the music. But the staff always acts like they'd rather be anywhere else. Not impressed with the customer service.

    Food is good but the guy that took my order was on the phone talking to his guy friend I may come back

    It was Ok..fish way too greasy this time the frys were cold...the lady that took the order was nice. The place was very clean and well maintained it was probably the cleanest Long John Silvers I have ever been.

    This Long John Silvers is the best!! Always have had great customer service. Fish and chicken is always fresh and hot. We stop there almost every time we are in Waco. Never have had a bad experience. The place is kept nice and clean, even when they are busy. The people that work there are always friendly.

    The best drive thru worker in the world! Beautiful lady who is always overly friendly. I have been many times and every time she is there she is nothing less than amazing. She makes the food better and love coming back. She deserves an award, some kind of appreciation.
