cambodian food and the atmosphere here is above par. it's so delicious. the service was very welcoming and sociable. feeling here is like a restaurant in fort worth i liked.

This place is the #☝️food truck in Waco for a reason! Everything was super flavorful and the POT STICKERS were some of the best I've had. The BLASIAN COMBO certainly did not disappoint. Loved the unique noodles and trio of Cambodian seared meats. But you better get an extra drink if you're brave enough to get the 5/5 spice level! You'll be breathing????with your first bite.

Love Blasian Asian! They have gluten free options that are tasty and consistently good. Always fresh and well-seasoned. The staff are kind and remember my name whenever I go. Their location next to the Brazos is perfect for an outside meal. Highly recommended!

We stopped by at the beginning of dinner service on a Tuesday evening and were very impressed by the service we received. The cook came up to the window and greeted us and gave detailed explanations of the dishes and his recommendations to us when he heard that we hadn't been here before, which we appreciated quite a bit. We had Lemongrass Beef, Char Me Luerng, and a Combo #3; all of which was exceptional.

When we visit Waco this is our favorite lunch or dinner stop. If it's a cold winter day, ask for at least four star heat. Warms you up from the inside out. The Blasian plate is a perfect sampler of everything. And the owners are so welcoming, and they remember their customers. Our favorite food truck experience ????
