While the restaurant itself is aesthetically pleasing and presents a nice diner vibe it's food is less than satisfactory. The food was overall bland and unmemorable. We will not return.
The food was good as a student of culinary I did find a few flaws in the cooking process but overall the food was hot and the service was good. The beer was cold and fresh. I would recommend this place anytime your strolling through downtown waco on a Sunday and your looking for a great atmosphere filled with classic to modern pop culture nostalgia and good grub. They have tons of framed records on the walls from John and George to Jagger to Nelson. I'm not sure if any of the artist have played there or if the cafe bought them for resale but they're pretty cool and add a great ambiance to the restaurant.
We love having Sunday brunch outside at the Raleigh! The food is delicious and the atmosphere is wonderful. It has sort of a "San Antonio River Walk" feel about it. Although you are right on the street, the traffic is pretty light and not a problem; there may be as many pedestrians as autos going by. The trees and old buildings are lovely.
The wait was long because the kitchen also cooks the orders for the movie theaters but the waitress was really nice and the food was really good. The atmosphere of the restaurant was fun but still relaxed. Items on the menu are named after different movies and there was a good variety of meals to choose from. The fries were really good the burger was huge.
