    Great place to eat! Good food, fast service. I wish they would clean the restrooms better and more often. And they don't give enough cheese with anything you order.

    This is definitely my favorite place to eat!! My favorite thing about Rosa's Cafe is the Taco Tuesday special for only $4.99!!! On top of such a great price, 2 fresh homemade tortillas come with a taco plate. Be sure to get some hot sauce. They have the one that has no "heat" at all, medium, and really hot. I personally like the no heat, but it's all good. Don't forget to grab a sweet tea as it's home style sweet tea, similar to Bush's sweet tea but a little stronger.

    This was our second visit to a Rosa's, one in Temple and one in Waco. Both visits were satisfactory.

    Taking into account that Rosa's are fast food Mexican restaurants they have a wide range of menu items. The items we ordered were served to our table pretty quick, well prepared, hot, and tasty.

    If you want this type of Mexican food, I feel you can't go wrong at Rosa's.
