Loved this place from the first taste. It has a cool atmosphere. Feels similar to a restaurant in New York I loved.
Wonderful experience. My husband and I had a wonderful time celebrating our 38th Wedding Anniversary. The whole experience was over the top. We will come back again.
10 words or less: Great Fine Dining, Hidden Gem, $$$$
Aesthetic: This is a typical high end restaurant, nothing out of the ordinary. If you want a solid Steak/Seafood romantic dinner - this is the place.
Gluten Free:YES. I told them gluten free on my reservation, and they went the whole NINE yards. Even a separate gluten free bread basket.
What we ate: I took two girls for a birthday dinner, and one had stuffed shrimp, the other had a chicken pasta dish. I had bacon wrapped scallops and shrimp. The salads were also to die for.
Pros
This is a nice restaurant, with great service.
Cons
It's pricey, and the location is little odd. However, the transformed the entrance - you can't even tell it's in a shopping center.
Would I go again: Absolutely... For a special occasion.
Other: They are very responsive to reservation requests, and do birthday desserts if you reserve ahead.
We wanted to find a nice romantic (upscale) restaurant to continue our wedding anniversary tradition. Found the selection in Waco to be quite limited. Of the few matches, we decided to give 135 Prime a try. We weren't disappointed. The Kobe beef tenderloins were cooked perfectly. Kudos to the chef and his staff. Also to Alan - our waiter - who really enjoys his job and knows how to take care of his guests. Be prepared to pay for the experience... this isn't a "chain" restaurant... but it is worth it!
