William Hoyt Bagel & Brew

This was my first time going and I enjoyed the bagel. I got the Everything Bagel with Jalepeno and Cheese. It wasn't as good as it was hyped up to be in my opinion. I think this was because we went an hour before closing so it may have not been as "fresh" as if we went earlier. I would still recommend this place because it's one of the "cheaper" food options on this side of campus that isn't just fast food, beverages, or desert.

The closest thing to a New York Bagel! Absolutely delicious!!! The owner, Trey, is super friendly and knowledgeable about all things bagels. Great experience, I will be a regular customer!

These are the best bagels in Waco great service definitely a must if your Waco or coming through on I35

Husband took us to grab these first thing last Saturday am. The owner is knowledgeable and running the show solo. The bagels were good. However, one suggestion, if serving bagels from the previous day because you are currently a solo act, please don’t charge me full price. This is a big turn off for me. Any morning pastry should be served fresh. Chat with any breakfast business owner, you have to get up EARLY for daily quality. I still give 4 stars because it was good and authentic.

This is the real deal people. Owner Trey is a delight and he’s slinging some serious bagel. These are definitely some of the best bagels I’ve ever had in my life. Texture and flavor on point. Then you turn it up a notch with that Schmear. Well done well done. This food truck belongs here and they deserve success.
