A++ experience!! The food was so much better than I had expected!

The pork chop plate was perfect, along with the macaroni & cheese, dressing, mashed potatoes, cornbread, and peach cobbler. Sweet tea was the perfect addition to the food.

All the employees were making sure everyone was more than satisfied with their meals & kept a smile on their face, even with consistent line that began outside the front entrance.

OMG, my husband and I had two different meals so we could taste each others food. Well let me tell you those oxtails were cooked to perfection. The baked chicken with their homemade sauce was a blend of sweet, tangy and the right amount of stickiness 😋. The yams, collards, chili beans and broccoli cheese and rice was very tasty. The portions were hefty too. The service was done with a smile.

This place has got to be the best place to get SOUL FOOD !!!!! I had ox tails for the very first time and they were DELICIOUS !!! The broccoli rice and cheese casserole was SO FLAVORFUL, and the potatoes were some of the BEST potatoes I have ever had. The entire staff were super friendly and the drinks were made PERFECTLY!!! I will DEFINITELY be a RETURNING CUSTOMER!!!

This place is great. I've yet to find an actual soul food spot in the area, ESPECIALLY being by the Baylor campus. Food was good, especially the Mac. I recommend to everyone.

this place is so cute! the food is fresh hot and delicious - plus a free kool aid for baylor students. everything is gas i promise.
