It seems expensive when you see the prices, but the quality is well worth the money, excellent wait service, with a quit atmosphere.

By far better than clay plot. The spring rolls beat the egg rolls hands down. Pho was great. Meat had some fat but not bad. Best part is you can add jalapenos, basil, bean sprouts etc to your content. Service was good and place was clean. I will definitely be back.

My husband and I didn't even realize a pho restaurant had replaced the previous restaurant at its location but since I love pho, it was a nice surprise. The pho was tasty as well as the proteins (I got the combo, B4?). I've had pho in various places we've traveled (Florida, Iowa, etc.) so I can't say it's the best, but it's the best I've had in Waco (I've tried pho at the Clay Pot. This was better). My husband had some kind of pork dish (C5) and oh my word, the sauce they brought it in tasted like grilled honey heaven. I hope they don't alter that recipe because it was perfect as is. The service was a bit slow but as the place looked new, it's not entirely surprising. The lady at the front desk was attentive enough to confirm that our order had not been taken and worked to remedy that. It was overall a pleasant and tasty dining experience.

I am so glad Waco has a real Pho shop. I enjoy pho almost every weekend I'm in Dallas, but now can have some during the week. It's new so it's nice and clean. The wait staff was friendly. I got bun and plan to try the pho on my next trip (and there will be!). The egg roll was spot on. The pork could have used a bit more charring, but overall had a good flavor. There were several ingredients absent from the menu (tendon, tripe, etc) but I doubt Waco is ready for these yet. Overall, I'm so happy to have a pho shop in Waco. This is a must-try for any fans of Vietnamese.

The eye round and brisket pho was delicious. Yes, the broth was a little bland, but they do have all of the condiments to touch it up to your liking. I added lime, chili paste, and hoisin sauce to mine and it came out great. They also have fish sauce, sriracha, and season-all if you like those. I also ordered the pork tenderloin banh mi, which was tasty.

The bowls are huge with lots of noodles. I would've been fine with less noodle because it was just going to waste. I'd like to see them do a second, smaller bowl size for a reduced price.
As for pho types, they have beef and chicken varieties, but no seafood. I'd love to see a shrimp variety, or the ability to addon shrimp for an additional charge.

For add-ins, you are presented with bean sprouts, Thai basil, and jalapeno. We asked for limes, which they had, but there is no shredded cabbage.

Just be aware, they've just opened and are still hiring staff, so wait times may be a bit slow. There were lots of people in there today and only two waitresses. It was slow, but not too bad. We got our stuff in a reasonable time.
