    Favorite place for kolaches. Great fresh AND leftover - that's tough to find. This place is IT!

    Hands down the BEST bakery in West. Pass the other two commercialized bakeries for the real deal. Homemade baked goods and great prices.

    I've been going to this place for over thirty years. It's way better than that gas-stop (that also sells kolaches) facing I-35. Gerik's is just a couple of hundred yards off the Interstate and bakes the best kolaches, klobasniky (sausage rolls), cinnamon rolls, and strudel I've ever had. I live in Dallas and always replenish my freezer with their goodies after a trip through West. I'm so glad they've reopened, after a short break while they moved next door. My freezer was getting really low!

    They have amazing food. One thing they have the best cupcakes around. The cupcakes have icing piled on high. Those others want to get the known cupcakes out at magnolia are wasting time and money. They don’t hold a candle to these cupcakes. I drive 20 miles there just for the food. The staff are the best.

    Son and daughter in law directed us here. Main store closed. Relocated next door inside Pizza House. Small bakery but twists are warm soft buttery and flavorful.
