Red Cove Cafe & Marina

I've been going to Red's Cove for over 45 years. It's a great place to launch your boat or get a bite to eat. Great family place & some good fishing in the area. It's family owned with a lot of history to share. If you need info or advice on the Mico Medina lake area this is the place to find out. I definitely recommend going.????????‍♀️????⛵

Went to the marina for the first time today, we were met by a nice gentleman outside near the entrance to the cafe. The fee for 2 kayaks was $10 and we enjoyed paddling the lake on our kayaks, so nice!

When we paid, we were told to unload down by the shore and then park up by the restaurant. We stayed clear of the boat ramp because there was plenty of room for us on the shoreline to deal with unstrapping and unloading two yaks from the roof of our Jeep. We parked the Jeep after unloading and had our fun out on the water.

Afterward, we headed to the cafe and were greeted with smiles and a nice welcome. We enjoyed cheeseburgers, fries, and sodas for about $20 for the 2 of us. Good burgers! Bathrooms were clean and the cafe has a nice outdoor shaded patio with picnic tables (dogs allowed on patio but not inside the cafe). Such a wonderful day out on the lake, we will come back to Red Cove!
