Fujiyama Sushi & More

First time here with my husband who has been multiple times. He says the egg rolls are the best he has ever had in his entire life. We had the midland roll it was delicious! I tried the fried noodle lunch special, also delicious!

Probably one of the most interesting atmospheres I've had in a restaurant that didn't cost me my first born child. The area is laced with relaxing music and a friendly atmosphere, the staff are at the ready to assist and love to get to know their customers. The food was great, some of the best sushi I've had, reminded me of my favorite place for sushi back home. I will be frequenting this place in the future. The two rolls I got were the Fuji roll and Firecracker (left to right). Great selections just to test the waters of this joint, keep in mind however, the firecracker has a kick to it. Those who appose spice should stay away! But for the rest I will definitely recommend it.

Food is always delicious, everytime I've gone I've gotten excellent service. The staff is always sweet and helpful and this is easily my favorite sushi restaurant in the whole Midland-Odessa area

Amaxing service. I asked a few questions and they were answered by a very knowledgable staff. The food all came out quick. Best sushi I've had in town. Love the pan fried dumplings. I will definitely be coming back again and again.
