Grand Texan Hotel & Convention Center

The staff was very friendly, and the room was super clean and very nice! I don't have anything bad to say about this place. I wish the indoor pool/hot tub would have been open, but we had a jacuzzi tub in our room that was big enough for 2 in our room. The AC/heat also works VERY WELL! I really wish the rooms had a comforter on the beds. But overall, we will definitely be staying there again.

Hotel staff was very accommodating. They stayed out of the way for an event but were quick and available when anything was needed. Full bar area as well as an area for kids to play inside. Rooms were clean and cheap to book. Hotel staff went out of their way to make sure everyone felt welcome and was taken care of.

I was there for an event and other than the hotel being a little dated I had absolutely no problems, the rooms were clean, and the staff was extremely accommodating. I got an amazing deal on a suit with a broken air conditioner, they provided a fan luckily it wasn't hot outside. I'm not saying this is the nicest place to stay in Midland nor the worst, all I'm saying is for the price it cannot be beat. It's way better than the Metro Inn or the La Quinta.
