    The pupusas are good but they do lack more cheese. My only other complaint would be that it is cash only.

    My critique will be a little harsh coming from the city of and family of Salvadoreans that make this cuisine.

    Is this the only spot I found in Midland that makes pupusas? Yes. Is it the best? No. Is it worth giving this spot an opportunity? Yes.

    The dish was lacking the cheese. The melted cheese that pours out from the pupusa. The ingredients that is stuff inside the pupusa felt under portion. Reasons why? I wouldn't know. It's probably the way it is made here in Midland.

    I like supporting family owned business. I do say give it an opportunity. Taste the culture.

    In regards to the service, the great-grand daughter made the pupusas. This is incredible? This might be the reason. Haha. Jk. She was very friendly, outgoing, and quick with the service. Give it a shot!

    Good food and quick service. Authentic salvadorian food. Am definitely coming back often.
