Mister Chip's Kitchen

Today was my first dining experience at Mister Chips Kitchen. Truth be told, I was sad to see Basin Burger close. Ahhh, that salmon sandwich was dreamy. But, out with the old and in with the new.
At the counter, I immediately asked for a list of spicy dishes and selected the sweet yellow curry with chicken. The veggies in the dish are bamboo shoots and water chestnuts. I requested no rice.
Fabulous and definitely spicy! Perfect amount of sauce. I will definitely order again.
Okay, nitty gritty: staff friendly and attentive; overall appearance clean; and I quickly became super jealous I didn't select the tuna nachos like the table seated next to me. Wow, they looked delicious. Scanning the room, the plates looked generous and other dining patrons very happy.

Loved the atmosphere and service!! Food came out SUPER fast, and drinks were great!

We enjoyed sharing the tuna nachos, chicken lettuce wraps and egg rolls. Not a big fan of the fried rice (definitely not like hibachi, just a heads up). But we plan to come back and try more! Great date night spot.

Mister Chip’s kitchen + Bar is something Midland has needed for a long time! This place offers an amazing selection of Asian inspired food in a beautiful space! Love the concept of walk up order, no more waiting for a waiter to come to your table. The custom cocktails are delicious! Especially the frozen options. 😁

The food doesn’t disappoint! Love the tuna nachos and lettuce wraps. Everything I’ve had is very flavorful. Our table shared all the dishes so I’ve tried a lot of items on the menu. The Orange Chicken is delicious! I didn’t taste anything I didn’t like.

I love the variety of menu items. Don’t forget to order a cookie before you leave.

I am really happy we have a place like this in Midland now. It is a bit reminiscent of something like a P.F. Chang's. I would say the dining experience is on the higher side considering you order at the front then seat yourself. Waiters were very attentive bringing out the food and serving water. I had some confusion about how to get another paid drink, I didn't want to get up and wait in the long line. Not sure how that could be solved.
The food quality was great. I really enjoyed my General Tso's chicken. The tuna nachos were different and good. We will go back and I do recommend it. I liked the atmosphere of the restaurant. I really want their cute hats!!
