    The employees and in particular management are putting for the effort to improve the restaurant I have been monitoring their progress for a while and it does seem to be working. I would encourage those of you who love this restaurant to return and enjoy.

    Quiet, lots of space, and super attentive servers. This best describes walking into On The Border Mexican Grill in Midland.

    The drinks menu is huge, as well as the food menu. Lots of options for everyone.

    The menu is all over the place though, with no clear direction. It seems they have styled it after everything.

    All in all, a good place to eat; though not somewhere I’d chase after.

    I really enjoyed the lunch I had.

    The chips were hot and fresh and the server was super nice.

    I like the lunch menu prices and the portions seem very generous. I'd definitely come back for lunch

    Manager called to let me know the scummy GrubHub driver finally arrived almost two hours later, trying to pick up my order that had been sitting out for an hour at this point. Them looking out for their customers is very appreciated! Edit: And they sent cake to make it that much better ♥️ Our On the Border at home closed and that’s all I’ve been wanting, this experience just made it that much better!!!
