This is by far one of my favorite restaurants when I stop by Midland on business trips. The food is really good and the service is fantastic. I liked this place a lot more before Covid when they had a much more extensive menu offering. Since Covid they have significantly pared down the menu, but despite that there are still significant food options. The place is a bit pricey, around $60 a person every time I go, but overall it is worth it. I will always come back and have been here at least 20 times now.

Friendly service, great food! I had one roll (it was a little light on the fish) and a side of sautéed veggies, it was perfect for me, I couldn't even finish it! Cool atmosphere.

Well decided to try this place out since it was close the the Hilton Garden Inn, I walked over and was greeted fairly promptly. I was seated and ordered a beer, the menu had lots of great choices and I had the crab puffs appetizer and order the Hibachi Tuna steak done with a pepper seasoning, it came with a choice of salad and Japanese Miso soup, I got the cucumber salad with ginger dressing which was sweet and refreshing, the crab puffs were great and taste good even without the dipping sauce. The tuna steak was cooked perfect and the vegetables and noodles complimented it well, the service and food were both excellent and glad I went early as it started getting busy by the time I left, I had the fried rolled cheesecake for dessert. Lots of great menu choices even vegetarian, definitely would recommend if you want some great food with great atmosphere.

Delicious food! They had a variety of gluten free options if you request gf soy sauce, and the staff is pretty knowledgeable, but it’s not listed on their menu. Our wait was pretty long because it was so busy and the service was okay, but the shrimp and fried rice were great.

I went here about a week ago with my fiance, it was great we ordered to go so we went inside & placed our order, they had us park in the back to wait while it was prepared. We ordered the Osaka dragon eggs since my fiance has had them before so he recommended I try them. Steamed dumplings, Tiger roll, Temptation roll. The Oskaka dragon eggs are a must. (They are like a Jalapeño popper buy 5 times better) The sushi was good. A big pass on the steamed dumplings they tasted store bought...I think eating inside is a better experience but we were from out of town & didn't have the time. Great place.
