Consume is spicy with great flavor. It would be nice to get chips n salsa when you dine in. The birria tacos are good the birria meat is a little dry and bland but the consume makes up for it. Will be back.

Well, I’ve finally found my favorite tacos in Midland and it’s the Tacos de Birria at Wall St Cocina. These tacos are on another level. The meat is juicy, the shell has a slight crunch and the consume has some bite to it. I look forward to kicking up the spice level next time... I want to sweat! 🔥

I ordered a plate of four but I could have easily eaten four more. I didn’t want them to end. Plan on me being here once or twice a week as I make my way through their entire menu.

The service was amazing. The staff is friendly and accommodating. You have yourself a new loyal customer. Stop reading this and go eat these tacos immediately!

This I discovered accidentally, The food is really amazing, tried the birria tacos and the burrito. The beef in the tacos was tender and flavorful, the pork in the burrito was very tender and tasty as well. I was happy to see they didn’t add any veggies or rice or beans to the burrito it was straight up meat wrapped in a tortilla, just like It’s supposed to be😍.

The birria dip was also very good, spicy with a kick so were there salsas and I loved it.

Definitely recommend. And I’ll be back for more.
