If you're in the mood and looking for good home cooking AND Mexican food, AND availible as a Buffett, this is your place...I've eaten there twice and left full as a tick on a dog! Those of you that follow me know I'd never steer you wrong and this place is legit. It's a little smaller non-chain restaurant, folks are friendly and they take care of you..
Once the manager (could've been the owner but super nice) found out that we were oilfield guys working out in this Texas heat, she offered us free bottled water and ice...no charge...how cool is that?!!! You won't find that at Chili's! Lol
Do yourself a favor, check it out. It'll be worth it 😉

My wife and I ate lunch she got the meatloaf and mashed potatoes with gray and corn and I got the chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes and green beans with brown gray and each meal comes with either soup or salad and a roll or cornbread everything was hand made and the desserts mmmmmm good cheese cake and cinnamon roll our lunch meal was delicious and good 👍 😋 👌 😊

The best, very authentic 👌Mexican food in Midland, We love Fabelas. Staff is super helpful, today I had the Chili Colorado, fresh super hot corn tortillas, (delicious) my wife and daughter had enchiladas in the red sauce, ( that's my usual). I highly recommend this local spot.

We just had our yearly banquet there. We did a Mexican theme.
The food was wonderful. The facility front and back was the cutest. The family is phenomenal ❤!!!

Good people working there, we had the back part of the Restaurant reserved for iur trucking company. Not all of us came in at the same time. They were very accommodating. Thank you for supporting the trucking industry.
