“This was one of the oddest experiences that I’ve ever had at a fast food place… First let’s start with the good: SO CLEAN. Everything has been scrubbed. This is a very clean restaurant. Now let’s get to the crazy: So I walk in and order a number one. She rings it up and repeats my order “so a number one lettuce only” I said whoa whoa… lettuce only??? Then she informs me they only have meat, bun, and lettuce… now I should have walked away at this point. But Michelle on her second day was just so nice… so I shifted … I zigged.. Steak fingers - out Chicken tenders - 4 left. I passed. Salads- nope , none of that. Fried chicken sammich- nope Grilled chicken sammich—- YES WE HAVE A WINNER. Lettuce on it only though. The cook was in the back and Michelle would yell back “We got any xxxx!” “He would shout back “nope!” With a chuckle. I have to admit the staff was all laughing and I was too. They have nothing. Jack crap. They got zip. THEY DONT EVEN HAVE TEA Apparently the supply truck is 2 days late. Hell, I didn’t even check and see if they had ice cream. I doubt it. The manager personally brought out my chicken sammich. She is a nice lady. The fries were great. The bun on the sammich looked like it had been used as the ball in a game of baseball. But heck, the sammich was ok and I wasn’t expecting it to be. Cleanliness and very friendly. I’ll come back in a week and give a new review if they have more supplies. Btw Michelle, this isn’t the new normal. Every where else in town has tomatoes and chicken and tea. The owner should have gone to heb this morning!”

“I wasn’t a fan of the salsa but that was the ONLY thing I can say negative. The food was great and fresh and the little older lady serving was an angel. We were the only ones there then people trickled in, mostly older couples. I would definitely recommend and will be back.”

“Everyone has that one chicken wing spot that just can’t be touched. That one place where the wings hit just right. The one place where they sauce the wings with just the right amount of sauce. I’m fortunate enough to now have two of these places. Buffalo Jo’s is now my Midland spot for chicken wings. Appetizers are on point. Buffalo fries are loaded and stacked high, full of flavor and big enough to be a meal. Fried pickles are fried perfectly, and will leave you wanting more. The wings are incredible, with a great selection of sauces. The ranch is great, you can tell they make it in-house. The blue cheese though is where it’s at. Chunky, smooth, and sticks to the wings just right. I’m not lying, y’all need to try this for yourself. This is Midland’s chicken wings spot.”

“We got there right as they opened so there wasn't a wait to be seated. Our lovely waitress was on point, knew the menu and had fantastic recommendations. Not being near the coast, it's hard to get decent seafood ... but this was delicious! It was cooked well and so full of flavor that I wish it were cheaper so I could go more often. The doggy bag was a tin, for your oven, making heating up leftovers easy. Over all ... 5 stars and will be back!!”

“I decided to give this place a try because first, it was a unique restaurant for Midland that you typically wouldn't find unless you were in a big city. Secondly, I had seen some bad reviews, and was skeptical. I went inside and the line was a bit long, but they had multiple people taking orders so it went by relatively quick. The vibe in the place is nice as there is quite a bit of seating and a large colorful tree to make the place more decorative. The corn dog was just as good as any other place I've been to. It was flavorful and the cheese was stringy and tasty just like it should be. The donuts were a bit lacking, and not necessarily the best I've had, but overall we're tasty. The drink was good too, but nothing amazing. Overall, I would return for the corn dogs, as they were fantastic.”

“This was a very unassumingly amazing palve to find probably some of the best ice cream I've had. The between the numerous ice cream flavors and toppings, the amount of combinations are basically unlimited. You can choose 3 toppings and it comes ina. 12oz or 20z cup. If you're indecisive they have pre-chosen combinations to select from too. I would definitely come back.”

“I visited this restaurant for their lunch special take out yesterday, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. The price was incredibly reasonable for a Chinese dish including rice, with the total bill coming in at under $15, including tax. The portion size was generous, to say the least. Even as a 5-foot 8-inch, 70kg man, I could only finish half of the meal and already felt fully satisfied. The taste of the food was exceptional. I particularly enjoyed their silky smooth scrambled eggs with tender beef. The beef was perfectly cooked, not dry or tough at all. The combination of flavors was excellent with some vegetable in it. I will definitely be returning to try more of their menu.”
