Sissy's Saddle Shop Cafe

I have never been to a place like this but LOVED IT! One meal is served and we had pot roast, cheesy potatoes, green beans, corn, rolls and peach cobbler ALL hand made!

Food was great, service was great this is an amazing place to visit.

We are on a girls trip weekend and found this adorable cafe by chance. We are so glad we did!! The food was fresh, tasty and amazing. The service was excellent. We enjoyed getting to meet Sissy and hearing the background of how here cafe began. If you are in the Cameron area it is worth the scenic drive out to the country to visit this restaurant!

This was my first time ever eating at this place. The café was tucked away on a back road but well worth the short drive. The owner was the chef and reminded me of a mom fixing her kids a delicious meal. That was the atmosphere, aka mom's kitchen. Even if you aren't close by, make it a nice day out, enjoy a country ride and a home cooked meal.

What a treasure! On a road trip home to Houston looking for a unique place for lunch we found Sissy's. We are so glad we did! Excellent home cooked meal right on down to dessert. Do yourself a favor, go off the beaten path to enjoy something special. We will definitely be back!

A completely wonderful experience - what a gem in the country outside of Cameron. Sissy was so fun and friendly and her cooking is fabulous. We all enjoyed our satisfying meals. I just wish Sissy lived closer to us! Sissy explained it's wise to call ahead to be sure she's open before making the drive as she may be out on a catering job. If you do make the drive, it'll be worth every mile!
