Don't get me wrong McDonald's is good vut they don't have the new things when they come out

Love this place & the friendly service. Atmosphere is cozy, snacks are yummy, & coffee is delicious. Just make sure to bring cash for tips bc you can't using debit/credit.

My wife and I stopped in.

Restrooms clean.

Staff getting behind. Longer wait.

A young woman with blond hair took charge and almost single handedly got things caught back up within 5 minutes or so. She worked almost all stations. Not much enthusiasm by other employees. I missed her name,maybe Kayla.

She deserves a large raise as this was very impressive to see someone take the initiative to serve their customers !!!!

Proves ,in a pinch, the human element works better than push button screens.

Have stopped here before. Not to bad.

Stopped in on the way to see my son a few weeks ago. 12/11/2018. Different story.
Rest room dirty and faucet loose on bathroom sink. Food on floor around fryers. Food luke warm. Took along time for service.

As far as me ordering my own food electronically. It's not going to happen.
Have eaten at McDonald's "many" times over the years.
If McDonald's ever does have self serve for all, I hope they understand there are many fast food restaurants competing for their business that still believe in good old fashion service.
Wish McDonald's no ill will, but they might review the basics that made them great. Great food, fast service in a friendly atmosphere.

I love MC Donald's but when i use the drive thur. i always get the wrong order now go inside most of the time they get it right its in the city or the country .they mess up .i think that there need to be train in always having a smile on there faces read back what you have order .but it doesn't stop me from going
