Requested an open face, egg, ham and cheese croissant. It was spot on. Add a side of avocado and their home made salsa (red & green) scrumptious. Fresh and perfectly cooked eggs. Well worth the cost $9
I've never met a cupcake/cake flavor here that I didn't like. I'm not a big coconut fan, but their german chocolate cake will make you forget about not liking coconuts. Every flavor is the bomb. My favorite is the wedding cake flavor. My God it's good ! I'll pay the price every time no matter how much it is.
This is a cute hole in the wall bakery. I went during breakfast time. The food was a little pricey, but then again it is a small business. The food did match the price and was well worth the money. A quiet spot to study or go on a sweet brunch date to.
Quaint little Mom and Pop shop done right. Pop cooks. Mom bakes. And boy does she!
Great place to catch breakfast.
Probably best kept secret as far as cakes and cupcakes go.
UPDATE
Have been to this charming Cafe several times since my first review and I am still in love with this place.
Had their burger for the first time today...YUM. another first was their bread pudding. Looked a little dry, got it anyway, boy was I wrong and happy for it. The pudding was moist and delicious.
Stop by and check this place out.
Stopped by here on a whim a few months ago and been craving the french toast ever since. I grew up making french toast just like it with the family on Sundays but had long forgotten the recipe, taste, and memories. I'll be back for sure! It was so good this time around we got to looking at the cupcakes. We took home half a dozen and they are so worth it! The food was great and so was the customer service once you got to the counter. I think it would just add that extra bit of charm if someone acknowledged when people walk through the door(its a little off putting that they don't), its already got that small town feel in that big 'ol shopping center. A heartfelt hello as you walk in would just put the charm over the top. Thanks for the great food!
