Chef Supply are great friendly people who go out of their way to help you and if they don't have it there they'll order it for you. I highly recommend them even if you don't work in the restaurant business you can still go there and get supplies for any need even if its a bigger boiling pot for when family visits

(February 16, 2019, 3:10 am)Highly recommend visiting, even for home cooks. This place has some great items at decent prices. We couldn't find a good oil temperature gauge even on Amazon, and this place had a selection! We wandered through and ended up buying several items.
