    hands down the BEST pasta I’ve ever put in my mouth

    Not to be missed. The pasta is made from scratch right on the truck. Owner is a good guy and makes a mean shrimp scampi. Prices very fair, especially for a food truck. You won’t find bottled sauces here. Give this man your business. It’s like having Italy in Texas.

    Amazing food & chef! He made me a veggie pasta that was fresh & heartwarmingly delicious! & the tiramisu was the cherry on top! 10/10 recommend!

    Great pasta. Tried several menu here , and everything was so good. Also don’t forget tiramisu for dessert.

    We tried the Chicken Alfredo and the Scampi with Chicken on it. It was great! I recommend you try this out!
