This place has the best food, service, and prices. If you are like me and like to eat healthy, but don't have the time for food prep, Fit Kitchen is the place for you. The employees are so so helpful and the food is very tasty and great for you! Give them a try!

So my wife and I have eaten at a half dozen different meal prep places between here and El Paso. This is by all means the best we have ever tried. I kept driving by while they were in construction and finally stopped in on Sunday evening, technically they were closed, but they let me get meals anyway. (Which is good because getting meal preps on Sunday is kind of what most people do right?) My wife and I were floored by the authenticity of the ingredients and deliciousness of the meals. I will assuredly return, hopefully Sunday.

Wow! What a fun and helpful atmosphere run by great people. It doesn’t hurt that their food is AMAZING too. The owners are so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Run, don’t walk to Fit Kitchen ASAP!!

Upon walking in, I felt the upbeat and welcoming vibe from the employees and the store! Very cool setup, their cooler was stocked with a variety of healthy meals with the nutrition info and macros on the label. Tasted wonderful and fresh, the meat was great quality. It’s is owned and run by Dietitians/ Nutritionists. Highly recommended.
