La Cocina de Roberto (Food Truck)

What a cool little food park. I did not think anything was going to be here. It’s not cheap but the portions make up for it and the setup here is a lot like a small high end food park. The employees are nice, the food is good and not greasy so I feel comfortable eating often. Gordita is a great gluten free option outside of tacos. Definitely check it out, just don’t play with habanero salsa unless you’re ready!

Great food! it smells and taste fresh a little pricy but it’s worth it

On a whim I ordered from this food truck on Robinson. I have driven past it a number of times and likewise the restaurant on I45.

I was in the mood for Birria so I looked and they had it. I ordered the Birria Street Tacos and the Quesobirria. Let me tell you! Wow! It was delicious.

The Quesobirria was perfect. Slightly crisp and gooie with melted cheese. Tinted thar golden amber color from the broth! Then...the broth to dip in....I could drink it! I did not want to share.

The Street Tacos were delicious as well. They were soft and still hot. And fully loaded. Only wish they came with some broth. But I will know for next time to order some.

I will definitely be back. It was a little pricey. But it is definitely worth it. I really want to try the restaurant on I45 now too! They have breakfast!

We ate in. The atmosphere was pleasant. The food was GREAT! We had the Carne Asada tacos on flour tortillas. They were lean and delicious. The Charro beans were excellent. The chips were fresh and the queso tasty. Worth the stop!

The food is great! Consistently very good food. Service is outstanding. Friendly, courteous, and gracious. Location is a plus!! Literally on my way home. I turn right onto the property, order my food which is prepared quickly, and then turn right back onto Robinson to continue on my way home. Super convenient when I need to pickup dinner on the way. Highly recommend! Check them out!
