Starbucks

I visit this Starbucks regularly. I order ahead on the mobile app and have ordered in person. The team here is very friendly and they hustle! I have seen them run efficiently through orders during busy times and still have a smile and treat you like a person. This is a great team and I am always impressed by them.

David(I believe is his name, the manager) is Mac Miller’s doppelganger 110%. He knows how to run the store and it shows on how you treat your employees. Thanks guys ?

This place was the best Starbucks. Excellent employees and service. They have a couple of employees now who are just plan rude, screw up your drink, get mad at you for it and do not even ask you if you want it remade just give you the one messed up. And do not ask for napkins for goodness sake you are bugging them. Two of the ones were in there today at 10. I will go to another if they stay. I live6d this place. Why oh why did they mess it up.

Sending a recognition to David Keefe. I was very impressed this morning when he remembered my order. Just the friendly gestures and vibes I get when I go to this store. I asked for his information to find out he was the store manager. I have never felt so impressed going through a drive through! He truly went above and beyond with his customer service and I am beyond satisfied!
