Great kolaches! I grew up in Texas and it's been a while since I've been back. I got to introduce my Midwest husband to the joy that is fluffy buttery dough with a sausage inside. We tried the hot polish, sausage cheese & jalapeno, ranchero and we have an apple gouda croissant for the road. Everything was delicious and perfect. Hearty breakfast. Highly recommend.
It's worth a trip to this place. We drive 15-20 min. It's just super fresh and great tasting. Wish there was one on 1960 closer to the house. Would get more often. We always buy enough for 2 days.
There’s a special spot in town that I can't get enough of - the Kolache Factory. It’s like that friendly neighborhood joint where every visit feels like coming home. I find myself there regularly, not just for the delicious kolaches but for the overall warmth and comfort it brings to the start of my day.
Walking in, you’re greeted with the inviting smell of freshly brewed coffee, a staple that’s always ready and always perfect. It’s a sneak peek of the goodness that awaits. The staff have a way of making every visit personal; their smiles are as consistent as the quality of their food.
I’m a big fan of the variety of kolaches they serve, I especially love the ranchero and potato, egg, and cheese. Every piece is a perfect mix of flavors, fresh and light, a refreshing difference from the usual heavy, fried fast food that other places serve for brekky. And here’s the best part - they make it fresh every morning.
Some weeks, I can’t help but grab a box or two to take to the office. It’s become a bit of a tradition. My coworkers and I look forward to that delightful start to a busy day, a moment to enjoy something really good together.
The Kolache Factory is one of those rare finds that combines great taste, fresh options, and a friendly atmosphere. It’s a reminder that food is not just something you rush but an experience to be enjoyed. Every visit is a delightful mix of familiar and new, and I can’t wait for my next trip back.

Got here at the crack of dawn; shelves were stocked and trays coming in hot off the oven. Tried the Potato & Egg (was a bit lacking potato but I’ll give them another try), Bacon & Egg and Sausage & Egg and they were all good. The Kenyan coffee is excellent! Staff are very friendly even coming up to hold the doors for us, since it was not too busy at the time.
