(March 17, 2019, 5:25 am)Got there, and the kitchen was closed so we couldn't eat. Pool table ate our change, but the guy that works there unlocked the table for us so we got to play for free. Bartender had some trouble with a liquid marijuana but got it figured out. All in all, it was a fairly ok experience.

(January 4, 2019, 6:27 am)Friday Karaoke with Laurie from Sound Trendz Entertainment is GREAT! Great friendly atmosphere and DJ Laurie has an extensive song selection to choose from for song choices for you to sing. I look forward to Friday nights and though Magnolia is not close to where I live, I do not mind the drive to Texas Tavern. Karaoke night is a blast but Texas Tavern also has pool tables if that is what you and your friends or family enjoy and the bartenders and waitresses never disappoint. A friendly place indeed! Do not miss trying this spot out!
