    These guys were overrun by a rush of people due to a power outage in the area today and they handled it beautifully. Over worked and understaffed and they still stayed upbeat, apologetic, and got my complicated order right the 1st time????

    It's a Jack In The Box. Although they do have a little picnic tables right on the water along with begging Fat Duck's. I love their new black belt in flavor sauce!

    The service was great and with a smile. The patty melts were hot and fresh as were the fries. Thanks for the good eats

    The food is decent. I’ve only had one issue with the chicken salad, and it wasn’t horrible. (The meat was cool and was in a separate box for some reason.) The curly fries are not always the freshest, but they are nowhere near the worst I’ve had.

    The customer service here is actually above par for my experience with JitB. Ive dealt with multiple employees and all are down to earth and helpful. The employees are the reason I give this place 4 stars. Seriously good people that I’ve interacted with.

    The location is nice but we have yet to eat outside and enjoy the ducks.

    This place is definitely worth the drive if you live in Houston. The lake view is amazing and the food was on point. My tacos were fresh and so were my fries. Will always select this Jack to visit when I'm in the area.
