Jennings & Co. BBQ

Wow!!!!! Meat is very tender and delicious!!!! BBQ sauce was perfect!!! Prices were great and a great fit for each meal! Rating Jennings the best BBQ in Montgomery, TX!!!!! A must try is going to be the Big Bear Sandwich!!!!

I lived in the Hill Country for most of my adult life. We moved to this part of Texas about ten years ago for work and have had such a hard time finding any barbecue that would even be considered average in the Hill Country. The BBQ in East Texas is really not very good for the most part. I know people are very defensive about their BBQ, but the BBQ in East Texas is not that good compared to Central Texas.

People keep making suggestions on these fancy BBQ places like the one in The Woodlands. I'm not naming names, but it is the place where everyone raves over, but to me, the idea of waiting in line and paying $30 for a plate of BBQ is un-Texan-like.

Then, I came upon this little BBQ stand and was blown away. This place could rival anyplace in the Hill Country. It is exceptional. I only wish they were open 24/7. I highly recommend pretty much everything they make here. It is now my go-to place to eat every weekend. The staff is great, the prices are reasonable, and the food is extraordinary.

Super cool guys, everything I got was super good, some of the best bbq I’ve had in a real long time. Pulled pork sandwhich and jalapeño cheddar sausage was my favorite and them pinto beans were amazing!

Absolutely hands down the BEST BBQ CHICKEN EVER! So moist and favorable!!!! Brisket is AMAZING and MOIST! BBQ Brisket Sandwich and the fixings were the perfect portion and matched with the most INCREDIBLE Coleslaw! That Coleslaw would make a person who dislikes Coleslaw LOVE IT with what they do with the flavors in it! Do yourself a HUGE FAVOR and go get you some AMAZING BBQ at Jennings!
