Chili's Grill & Bar

Food was so yummy! The service was not so good. Apparently it was shift change and nobody wanted to wait on us. When we finally told the manager, that was chitchatting with other staff, she got the lady who worked our area before shift change. She was good, a little slow. What bothers me the most is, our waitress saw a full table and continued to walk to the back. Shift change or not, she should have at least let us know what was happening, that way she would have been aware of the miss communication, as she called it.

Awesome Boss burger, love the mix of meats. Great waitstaff, Matt did an excellent job on a very busy day. Nachos were great, also.

Chili's as a restaurant is pretty awesome. The employees are great. The manager even thanked us on our way out. My pet peeve issue is the menus. They used to have good food! I mean what I ate tasted great... but it was hard to find anything I wanted to eat... Whomever is in charge of the menu and food ideas seriously need to go somewhere else so maybe they can get some good things put back on the menu. That is why I am giving them 3 out of 5.
