MOD Pizza

Really nice/respectful employees! The quality is great! I have never experienced any problems at this location.

Totally recommend this super friendly place. I don’t even know his name but he works there and made my experience a very happy one. Today was not such a good day but ending it with dinner from Mods turned my whole day around for me. Thank you to the very kind and friendly gentleman that I hope sees this. Came in on 11/19 the staff was SOO nice ans friendly it was like being with my own friends. Cant wait to come back

I'm rating this a 3, not because of the quality of the pizza but because of the lack of protocol being followed. MOD Pizza has a sign enforcing masks, but don't enforce people to wear it while entering/waiting in line. They also do not seem to care when maskless people move signs that say "do not sit here" (I'm paraphrasing the sign). If you are going to have a mandatory mask sign and signs on the tables keeping people from sitting there, you need to enforce them. Do not even get me started on employees having to get on to other employees because they were leaving there post...

Now, as far as quality of the pizza...it is ok. This was my second time having their pizza. First time actually dining in. I do not feel like the price represents the quality. The pizza was greasy and it felt like the employees skimped on some ingredients. I felt obligated to eat my whole pizza, even though I wasn't enjoying it. I feel like it is more enjoyable if you are drunk and everything tastes good.

Will I go back? Probably. It's the only pizza place around that isn't bought from Kroger. Will I eat it there? No. I already put my life at risk daily as I go to work and surround myself with about 100 people daily. I need to feel comfortable going into public and that means, companies need to enforce their mandatory mask if there is a sign posted.

I honestly don't know why everyone over glorifies MOD Pizza. It had our expectations set really high, only for them to be shattered into pieces.

My wife and I visited the MOD pizza in New Caney Texas for our first MOD pizza. Great pizza and great service. We have had pizza in Naples and Rome Italy and at Lou Malnati’s and Gino’s East in Chicago. The fresh toppings and the thin crispy crust gives MOD pizza the edge. The friendly and gracious staff definitely warrants a return
