I've been going to this location for over a year and I've only ever had one complaint before. I kept quiet about it, because the experience is typically exceptional. Today was a little different.
The service was good and fairly fast. After getting my food, I pulled away from the drive-thru and parked to eat. The first thing I did was open the bag to get a waffle fry. I was immediately disappointed with how empty the box was. I then went to take a drink and when I tried to pull the straw paper off, it easily broke off from being wet because nearly an inch of paper was on under the lid of the cup.
I had to wipe tiny, broken, wet pieces of straw paper off of the length of the straw, the topside and underside of the lid, and pick pieces of paper out of the top of my drink.
How about letting the customers handle their own straws? I really don't want y'all touching my straw without the paper fully intact and I'm sure that I'm not alone when I say that...
Oh, and guess what? In the time that it has taken me to write this review, I've taken a few sips of my drink and I am now picking Little Bits of Paper out of my mouth. Awesome
Super fast service. One time I came here, I got my food right after I finished my payment. Another time it took only 5 minutes for me to get my to-go order. I even saw the manager being there to greet and deliver foods to customers while the employees were busy with other customers. That’s why Chick-fil-A is always my number one store when I think of fast food.
I'm addicted now. I love those chicken sandwiches and the nuggets. The waffle fries are worth going there just for those alone. And the employees are super friendly and helpful too. I wish they still had the carrot and raisin salad like in the old days, but it's still great!!! ????
I absolutely love this place!!! Super fast service. Very nice staff and the food is always hot and fresh.
The staff was very quick and happy to accommodate my special order. As always, it was delicious. Thanks for another pleasant experience. Two thumbs up ????????
