    The food was regular IHOP food, but the service was something else. I waited at least ten minutes to try and even see our waiter so refill my drink. Usually it doesn't bother me, but I had something spicy and really needed the drink.

    Staff was friendly, food good but needs updating. Windows dirty, bathroom needed attention. A.lot of a good cleaning

    Took a while for someone to come seat us but food was good. French toast a little cool, but warm syrup helped. Waitress was very attentive.
