BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

This is one of my favorite restaurants! They have great French fries and burgers, and I enjoy their salads and appetizers. My favorite is the Mediterranean chicken pita taco. Such fresh flavor. Good for something lighter. The burgers are my choice if I want a more hearty meal. Of course the pazookies are amazing. Salted caramel is my favorite. They have daily specials which are worth getting. Their pizzas are great too. I've had one of their salmon dishes which wasn't my favorite, but it could have just been that day since everything else is great. I could order anything on the menu and feel confident it would be good.

My wife and I had a great time and a great meal. Also great service to put the icing on the cake.

She had a mini pizza and I had the clam chowder in a bread bowl. We definitely enjoyed everything! Thanks to our server Michael we will definitely be back

We did the curbside delivery today and I was pretty disappointed. I did as the sign on the parking spot said and called when I arrived. However, I called and no one answered and I called more than once and it rang and rang. Since no one was answering and it was now 6 minutes past when my order was to be ready I went inside to see what’s going on. I opened the door and see restaurant is pretty empty, walked up to the togo counter where I see food sitting on the back counter and the employee working the desk was ringing out another guest. He checks her out and she quickly leaves and I inform him that I was there to pick up my order and he turns and grabs it off the counter. I was pretty disappointed to know that that was my food and it had been sitting there while I was sitting outside waiting for them to pick up the phone. I ordered some french fries and as soon as I got into my car I grabbed a few and of course they were practically ice cold due to them sitting there. In my opinion if you’re not going to offer the curbside pick up then you need to post something on the sign saying to come inside so that you set appropriate expectations for the customer. I also ordered Cauliflower pita tacos that were very greasy! I had them a few weeks and they were delicious, so I know how good they usually are. I’ll give them another try, but if they don’t do a better job I don’t think I’ll return.

Great customer service! The ambiance was excellent. Perfect for gossiping with my friends. Will definitely be a favorite hangout spot now. I have tried different foods and all of them have been good. Great quality of food.
