The Egg & I Restaurants

This was a tasty place to go for breakfast, even if you’re not a breakfast eater! I enjoyed a half club and Greek salad, while the hubs ate up the Cambridge skillet. We both enjoyed our meals. We had a lovely young lady wait on us - she was very sharp and took great care of us. My only complaint was the time it took us to get the young lady to wait on us -seems we got lost in a waitstaff assignment shuffle.

We went there(2 of us) for an early lunch today, got there about 10:45. 1st time there. We were seated quickly, as there were not that many people there. But it took over 30 mins to get our food, the eggs and toast for both of us were cold. Upon leaving we were asked how was everything, and when I preceded to tell him as I was paying, he said sorry and walked off. Guess he didn't really want to hear it. Probably won't be going back.

One of the best places to go in the Woodlands for Breakfast on the weekends. Typically the food and service is above average. I've eaten at the Research Forest location over 10-12 times in the last year. If the food is not to your satisfaction the Management will take care of you. This has only happened once during that time. The service is generally very good and I suggest getting there before 8:30am on the weekends or the wait will be 20-30 minutes.
