    Always good when we eat here. We are originally from California and are happy to see El Pollo Loco here in Texas

    Food is great, only gave it 4 stars due to the wait. Don't get me wrong, I love that the food is hot and fresh, but they always seem to just have one cook and we're having to wait awhile.

    Great place! Food is delicious, price is great and people who work there even more!! This is real food.

    GREAT grilled chicken with a Mexican flair. Although a "fast food" restaurant, wholesome, great tasting, healthy food choices abound. Only chicken (no beef, pork, ham) but it is grilled to perfection (no fried chicken here). Many delicious sides to pair with your meal for an economical meat and 2 veggie meal. OR order from a variety of Mexican entrees including an enormous edible taco bowl. Ever tried Horchata? They have it as one of the drink options. Yum! Economical and healthy when you need something quick... to go or dine in.
