The pizza was great, I loved the thin flaky crust, but the service was slow.

Ordered takeout for the first time at this Alden Bridge location. Online ordering was great; I received a confirmation email and the pizza was ready when they said it would be. It was Friday night, and they were predictably slammed, so they were having trouble getting to takeout orders with all the dine-in customer traffic. But I’m not gonna complain about underpaid workers making the best of an understaffed environment. They were friendly and working hard.

The pizza was decent. I don’t know whether to call it regular crust or thin-crust, but I wish it was truly one or the other. This flat, soft crust doesn’t really do it for me. But looking at the other reviews and the amount of customers they had on Friday, maybe I am the problem here. The topping seemed fresh. I got the green goat and would have preferred a little more pesto, but overall a tasty pizza combination. My only true complaint is the way they cut my medium pizza. Squares and little triangles? I suppose if they threw in some dino nuggets I would have legitimately felt 5 years old. A petty complaint, and I’m sure they can cut it normally with a special note in the order, but still worth mentioning. Price was reasonable.
