    Taco Bell is fantastic but I hate to pay the wrong bill and then wait weeks for a refund, because they consistently have poorly trained employees that do not know how to run the register and the management has no concept of customer service. The food is really delicious but the customer service is seriously lacking.

    Love getting food here and this is where me and my fiance normally go to pick up a quick bite to eat. They have never gotten our orders wrong. The only reason they're getting three stars is that the food isn't always the temperature you'd like to get it as. Other than that the staff are always patient and friendly.

    We drove through Willis last night on our way from Tomball, and were looking for a quick bite to eat. Ended up at this Taco Bell. It was by far the absolute BEST Taco Bell I have ever eaten. Everything was hot and fresh and it didn't even really taste like Taco Bell, it was so good. A small wait time, but nothing too crazy, about 2 minutes longer than what I would normally sit for, but the food made up for that!
