Hartz Chicken Buffet

Just under $10 per person (after tax) for the buffet. The tenders are indeed very moist and tender, the fish is flavorful, the casseroles are unique (one is heavy on the celery, which I love), the cooked vegetables are good, the salad bar is great, and they like cinnamon in their desserts (which suits me just fine) - and you can fill your plate however you like. They also have a takeout menu comparable to most other fast chicken places if you're on the go. The batter on the chicken is fairly plain, but the chicken is still good.

Pretty good selection, nothing really stood out to me. The bowl of beets was impressive, the chicken tenders were tasty. The dressings & sauces need LOTS of work, not tasty at all. The tea/sweet tea was very good. Overall it is what it is a buffet for @ $9.00

I only every stop here and use the drive-thru to get a dozen rolls to have as a side for our dinner. The rolls are absolutely delicious and if you never tried them, you are missing out. We moved to this town two years ago and the rolls have always been on point and consistent at this location. One time I had to wait a few extra minutes in the drive-thru. When he gave me my rolls he apologized for it taking so long, they were baking a fresh batch. I said "No worries guy, I will never have a problem waiting for fresh rolls." That's the best way to have them. If you decide to get rolls here, buy a dozen because you can't just eat one.

I enjoy going to Hartz. For the buffet which is always great, fresh and delicious. But sometimes to get some chicken and their to die for yeast rolls. A dozen of those rolls disappear in the blink of an eye round my table !!

Wow it has the best rolls ever. We buy a dozen every week. The chicken is great. The liver has never been over cooked. And the fish is like fresh fish. The taste is really good.
