    Employees were following DQ and customer service procedures while maintaining the quality service you could expect to receive in a town like Willis, Texas. Implying they have an above average orientation process with limited qualifying applicants. I enjoyed my blizzard and appreciate managements eagerness to provide a great experience offering complimentary add-ons other places in the area would charge extra for. Yes, The store was clean ... but no one smiled until spoken to. Strange place. Slow service . Standard Quality, Tastes like Dairy Queen .

    Staff is polite and friendly, dining area is clean. Kudos to these employees.

    Excellent staff! They all worked fast and were very kind. Attractive dining area and our food was hot and fresh...we love this Dairy Queen
