Sad disappointment. This is probably one of my favorite places to eat in Nac, I have been here plenty of times before for lunch but today I made to terrible decision to go on a Friday night for dinner. Trying to introduce the place to my cousin, it was nothing my terrible. The music was so loud, we had to yell over the table and to even our server. I understand it is a Friday night but could've been a bit more considerate when asked to lower the music a bit (not asking to turn it off). Food is always delicious and timing is always good with delivery. One irking thing is the service, it's like the staff is always hiding when you need them (or just understaffed). I always have to ask another server for the check or to go boxes. This time my server decided to take a seat with whom I assumed were their friends in a booth without bothering to watch their tables. They sat for a good five minutes before they walked to the back then out to picked up the ticket when I caught their attention so I can pay (mind you I had to ask another server for the ticket). Pay a lot more focus to the guests; try to make the environment comfortable for everyone (including those of disability). Sad to say I don't plan on having dinner there anytime soon if this is going to be a repetition.

Korean beef BBQ Tacos on Naan are wonderful! ...especially at half price on Tuesdays (only $1.50 each). They also come with chicken, but I just cannot bring myself to switch from the wonderful beef! Also the wings are only 0.60 each on Tuesdays. Domestic drafts are always $1.50. Watch out if you decide to try one of those exotic beers on the list! I paid $12.00 for 12 ounces for something that I pointed at on the drink menu. Crazy!!!! Oh...one more surprise (that I have never experienced anywhere in my 65 years of dining out...They do not give you change if your bill total rounds out at less than 50 cents on the dollar! For example, my check total was $12.56...they gave me $7.00 back from a $20. What the hell kind of math is this?! I always tip well, but I do not ever want to feel that I am being taken advantage of!!!! For some people, the change counts! They should place a sign on their front door explaining this! Better yet, just do like everyone else does in the USA...just give the proper change...everytime!!!!

They were busy, so we expected slower service. The absolute worst part of the experience was the sheer noise. I was sitting next to my husband in a booth and had to yell to be heard. There were tons of college kids. It would have been fine had any of the decor been geared toward dampening the acoustics. The food was really good and the Keep's Tea was top-notch.

I must have come visit here like 6 or 10 times already and never been disappointed. The food here is amazing. The people here are nice. You can't go wrong with the food your order here. I highly recommend eating here.

Second time to eat here. First was immediately after their grand opening and we were very disappointed. However, we visited again recently with a party of 6 to celebrate a family member's achievement and it was fabulous. Our server was delightful, the food well prepared, the drinks generous, and we had a truly enjoyable experience. We'll definitely go back again.
