Great service! Great food. Friendly atmosphere.
First visit today but won't be last. Ordered an Italian on jalapeno cheddar bread. Very tasty sandwich. Bread was toasted and perfect crispy all the way around. One sandwich was just filling enough without overdoing. Staff was very friendly. Plenty of one choice options, but recommend taking free time and looking at all of their custom options. Wife had baked potato soup. Very thick and warm with lots of big tender pieces of chicken and potato.
On a separate note I really like the atmosphere and wall art. Specifically the homage paid to the previous landmark.
TL;DR Version: Good food, forced to tip (delivery), and real expensive.
Long Version: I had a club sandwich and it was delicious. I appreciate the speed in which it was delivered to my location. I had specified a very specific time that delivery should take place and the guy was five minutes early. This made for my lunch time to be more enjoyable; not needing to wait for my food while everyone else eats.
Now, I believe I should have the option to tip, not have the required "gratuity" included when I checkout over the phone. If my meal is late I shouldn't be forced to show my gratitude. Please just call it a delivery fee, because that is what it actually is.
The food is expensive. A double meat sandwich, a drink, tax, and mandatory "gratuity" fee was nearly $20. While I expect to be back, it will be few and far between due to the cost.
Nice local business with funny wall art. Nice for a quick lunch or a casual dinner with friends that won't leave feeling bad after eating. Good choice of breads and I like the gluten-free option. The sandwiches that I've had do far seem pretty basic buy taste good. Worth checking out.
Great food. The bread was perfectly toasted and the meat and cheese were Grace A fresh. The atmosphere is warm and cozy. And the owner/staff are very nice. For the economic price and great food, I will be coming back!
