Well, I asked if I could get 2 breasts, and 2 drums in my 4 piece meal, and got the girl taking my order just stared at me for a moment then said "you know what I'm gonna do it give you the 5 piece because I'm not having you ruin my day"... I let it go, because I assumed I would be charged extra for what I wanted, but I didnt get what I had asked for, and I was a bit upset, but I had made an assumption. I assumed she was charging me for a 5 piece meal, and giving me what I asked for, for a higher price, and I was perfectly fine to pay a little extra for my custom order, but it was exactly a 5 piece meal. With 1 breast... long story short, I was upset, and went back in to have it corrected, and I'm not the type of person that likes confrontation. I explained, politely, and my order was corrected. They did a good job, and the chicken was great

The food is usually good. Takes a little longer but worth the wait. Great biscuits

The restaurant was extremely clean even though it was right in the middle of lunch. The manager was working the front and was engaging with the customers. He actually looked happy to be there! The food was hot and fresh. Overall, an outstanding experience.

We had the limited-time offer of chicken and tots and while the chicken nuggets were "okay" (some pieces were more tender than others), the tots were a disappointment. I believe this is the first time I've ever not been completely satisfied with the food I ordered. I guess it's best to stick with what I know I like.
The service was good, but slow; it seemed that they were short on staff. We felt like we got a generous amount of food for the price.
